We present an innovative solution designed to automate the process of car evacuation. It unites all evacuation service providers on one platform and allows you to transport your car quickly and efficiently. It is the largest car evacuation aggregator, which operates in more than 300 cities in Russia and has more than 5,000 service providers. The product is focused on both B2C and B2B sectors, providing services not only to customers on demand, but also to car manufacturers, insurance companies, roadside assistance operators, carsharing, car dealerships, service centers and fleet management companies. Based on artificial intelligence and geolocation technologies, it is the fastest and most efficient car evacuation service provider in the country. The service is also registered in the USA and is ready for global scaling.
The IT solution is based on a complex fault-tolerant architecture of business processes using a multi-layer neural network capable of self-learning. The information system is represented by a mobile application for customers, a mobile application for partners (companies providing tow trucks), as well as cloud administrative panels with various access levels and server software.
Monetization takes place due to the commission from tow truck services and ranges from 10% to 15% of the cost of the service. By 2022, it is planned to cover 15-20% of the market of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine, as well as entering the US market.
The expected sale scheme is the sale of 50% of the stake for 150 million, of which 50 million is paid to current participants and 100 million is a mandatory amount of investment in development for 18 months.
